Congratulations to Huang Xiao Ming for the Golden Rooster Best Actor

Huang Xiao Ming (right) shares the award with senior actor Zhang Guo Li which was on September 29.  This even was the "22nd Golden Rooster Hundred Flower Film Festival".  Well all I can say is congratulations.
