Ruka Matsuda Becomes WOWOW 2017-2018 Campaign Character WOWOW Rigaru

I guess you can reprogram Bugsters after they're deleted huh? Ruka Matsuda now appears to become a new form of "Bugster" for WOWOW from 2017 to 2018. The new Bugster is known as WOWOW Rigaru.
