It's Morphin Time! The Possible Significance Behind Yuuta Mochizuki Meeting Austin St. John at Power Morphicon 2014!

The Power Morphicon 2014 had both former red rangers Austin St. John (who I heard is wanting to appear in Dino Charge) and his Zyuranger counterpart show up.  As we know it, Yuuta Mochizuki is Geki in Zyuranger.  Austin St. John is known as Jason Lee Scott in MMPR.  For me, this event is gigantic and momentous, and even Super Sentai fans who are neutral on Power Rangers may acknowledge that.

If Power Rangers were bootleg (as those Sentai purists better yet, Sentai fantards) would say, I wouldn't think Yuuta Mochizuki would give such a warm reaction to meeting Austin St. John as seen in the video.  Try to observe the body language.  Walter Emmanuel Jones also took pictures of this momentous event.  Just as Kenji Ohba and for verification DID NOT call Power Rangers bootleg (even if he said recreated based on translation) BUT he thanked the people for showing up at the Power Morphicon.  Just like Kenji Ohba, Yuuta Mochizuki by his actions, acknowledges Power Rangers as part of Toei's family.  Ryosuke Sakamoto also approves of Power Rangers.

Power Rangers has been an icon of cultural understanding and racial harmony (technically, Power Rangers is usually all-American but multiracial team like Zack and Trini are American by nationality).  Whoever says that the casting of Zack and Trini is racist is just dead wrong.  It seems racist but looking at it, Trini is your tough chick and Zack is a cool guy.  Even my accusations of Disney being racist during its era of Power Rangers is wrong!  Power Rangers was created for American audiences because of the cultural differences it has with Super Sentai. Okay I don't like Power Rangers all that much but I will dare say it does keep Super Sentai alive.   As long as the demand for Power Rangers is there, Toei won't stop producing Super Sentai.  It's an issue about cash, but yeah I'm disappointed now how Super Sentai  has become just a huge toy commercial these days lacking the flavor of the 80s-90s era. =(

And well, I do hope these two would talk about that episode of Akibaranger called "Delusional Import".  That episode can be easily misunderstood as an anti-Power Rangers episode but in reality, it was just meant to parody the misconception that Power Rangers fans have over Super Sentai.  After Burai and Geki were restored to their true selves, what happened was that Super Sentai was returned back to its proper place.  People who think the Powerful Rangers episode of Akibaranger is something to go against Haim Saban and Power Rangers ARE dreaming.  Again, Power Rangers is NOT bootleg!  Common sense will tell us if Power Rangers were bootleg, Toei would have sued Saban into oblivion years ago!

Besides years ago, James Maclurcan of Power Rangers Operation Overdrive went to meet the cast of Go-onger, even had his picture taken!  If Power Rangers were bootleg and fake, why don't I hear of the Go-ongers shoving him off?  Instead, we see the Go-ongers here welcoming him!  It's just like at the event that Yuuta Mochizuki meeting Austin St. John is proof of Super Sentai acknowledging its counterpart, Power Rangers as legitimate.  Ciara Hanna likes Gokaiger, Kei Hosogai wants to check out Power Rangers... and well Koichi Sakamoto has worked as action director for both Super Sentai and Power Rangers for many, many years.

Now for the whole "epic moment" of LOL.  Watch as Geki and Jason "morph" for the first time together with hilarious results!  Hehehehehehe!!!!!
