She was referring to as being the contestant in a game show called, "Mononoke Hunt". Better yet, watch that show online. One said, "The day Sayo Ooharu had lost the game!" while other had posted the picture/GIF of Mio's character Sayo crying, which was taken from Mashin Sentai Kiramager Episode 6 "Suddenly! Turning Into Five Years Old".
