Here's Karen Takizawa who played as Aquarius Zodiart from Fourze. If I'm not wrong she's half-Russian but she looks more like half-Filipino to me (she does resemble Filipino actress Glaiza de Castro in some way!) Now here's some pictures for you her fans:
