Liu Yi Fei and that "Classic Feel" She Has

Liu Yi Fei for me feels like an actress who can appeal to both the older generation viewers (those who watched Qin Han's shows) and to the newer generation viewers (like me).  So yeah, I haven't seen a single Brigitte Lin movie while I've seen a few Liu Xue Hua series.  I just thought at first I get the Liu Xue Hua impression.  But lately, she gives me the Brigitte Lin impression instead after seeing some younger Brigitte Lin pictures.


When I first showed some Liu Yi Fei series and movies to my late father's third sister and fourth sister who are still alive, they did comment she kind of looked like senior actress Brigitte Lin who I wasn't familiar with back then.  Like Brigitte Lin, she is more movie focused than series focused.  Hopefully directors will be able to secure her and Brigitte Lin to act in either a drama or movie as a mother/daughter tandem.


Now only if she can be paired with Jerry Yan for any remake of Qin Han's classic romance movies.
