    Question is: is that ice cream safe, considering that type of ice cream is popularly called "dirty ice cream"?

      Some of them are safe, some aren't. Actually Filipino style ice cream has a recipe and you can eat some safe ones but in a buffet at Cebu called Port, located at Salinas Drive.
