Here's what the Coke On Campaign is according to Crunchy Roll:

The "Coke ON" app allows smart phone users to locate and interact with specialized Coca-cola vending machines. Each purchase nets the customer 1 digital stamp, and 15 digital stamps earns the customer a ticket that can be redeemed for a free drink with just the swipe of a finger. The "Coke ON" campaign rolls out all across Japan beginning in April of 2016.
