Congratulations To Ryoma Takeuchi For Winning An Elan D'Ors Award

While updating on Nihon Hero -- I just found out that Ryoma Takeuchi won an Elan D'Ors award. Hmmm.. it's the first time I ran into that term. If I'm not wrong it's for outstanding performance in Japan's film industry. Here's what Nihon Hero says:

Ryoma Takeuchi had appeared in many Dramas, Movies last year. These includes Rikuoh where he played the role of Runner, Kahogo no Kahoko, Asadora "Hiyokko", Teiichi no Kuni & more. He also appears in that Famous SoftBank CM. Ryoma Takeuchi had said "After letting me work in many Works, I felt that I am being surrounded by many Staff in those work. It was really a Good Year". He continues by saying "Even this year, I will work hard to express new expression to the people who want to see me more".

TBS Director Katsuo Fukuzawa who had worked with Ryoma Takeuchi in the Drama "Shitamachi Rocket" & "Rikuoh" had appeared on the stage to present Ryoma-kun the Flower Bouquet. He praises Ryoma-kun by saying "He is from Soccer and I am Rugby. We don't think much before doing anything. If we tell him to do something in way...He would understand in a instance".

Usually any actors usually reply like "I want to play a Bad Role" "I want to play a role which is completely opposite to me" when asked what kind of role do you want to do in the future. But when it comes to Ryoma Takeuchi, he had said "I want to play the Hero of Justice" when asked the same question in Post-Ceremony Interview. His dreams is to become a Hero. People get ready! He could be the Next Marvel Hero because he had appealed Stan Lee!

In the Interview when he was saying that he goes out to restaurant with his friends during the Off-Days, a reporter asks "Don't you go out with a Special Person". For this Ryoma-kun instantly replied saying "No, everyone's Special. I am the Boyfriend of everyone. I am the Boyfriend of the Nation" and in this way he did the Fan Service.

Elan d'ors Award for New Face is the Award given to the Actors for the outstanding achievements in Movies & Television. Other Actors who have won this Awards are Issey Takahashi (Minshuu no Teki, Quartet, Onna Joshu Naotaro, Shin Godzilla, Ultraman Cosmos, Zyuranger), Mugi Kadowaki (Todome no Kiss, Reverse), Hana Sugisaki (Blade of the Immortal, Reverse), Tsuyoshi Muro (Onna Joshu Naotaro, Gintama, The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.) & Riho Yoshioka (Quartet, Kimi ga Kokoro ni Sumisuita, Gomen Aishiteru).

Ryoma Takeuchi will star along with Minami Hamabe in the Upcoming Film "Sensei-kunshu". He currently appears in SoftBank CM as a Teacher nicknamed "Gakuwari-Sensei". Jun Shison (ToQ 1gou) who had worked with him in the movie "Teiichi no Kuni" will co-star with him in this CM.

I'm glad to know that I didn't enjoy Kamen Rider Drive for nothing. Takeuchi himself has a career after Kamen Rider. Once again, congratulations!
