Both of them have been the 1987 heroes. Kamen Rider BLACK became a revolutionary formula that led to a failed (but vindicated) sequel. Meanwhile, Hikari Sentai Maskman planted the seeds for martial arts series. So yeah, both shows are appreciated but wouldn't get that much notice these days by younger fans.
